超支化水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯的制备及其3D打印应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 合成了超支化水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯,通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、核磁共振氢谱仪表征了树脂结构。再以其为基体树脂,通过与丙烯酰吗啉、聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯(PEGDA400)进行复配,制备了3D打印树脂。通过旋转黏度计、拉力试验机、动态热机械分析仪和接触角测试仪进行了测试。研究结果表明:随着PEGDA400的含量增加,所制备的3D打印器件柔韧性增加且具有较好的拉伸强度,同时所制备的3D打印器件具有较好的打印精度。 Hyperbranched waterborne polyurethane acrylate was synthesized. The resin structure was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectrum. Then using it as the matrix resin,3D printing resin was prepared by compounding it with acryloyl morpholine and polyethylene glycol diacrylate(PEGDA400). It was tested by rotational viscometer,tensile testing machine,dynamic thermomechanical analyzer and contact angle tester. The research results showed that with the increase of PEGDA400 content,the flexibility of the prepared 3D printing device increased and the tensile strength was relatively good,at the same time,the prepared 3D printing device had good printing accuracy.
