摘要
机械硬盘由于性价比高、容量大等优点,广泛使用于车载视频记录系统中。振动是车载硬盘必须面临的挑战,传统的方法是采用橡胶材料或者钢丝绳来设计减振装置。本文首先对车载振动条件下硬盘的损坏风险及保护机理进行分析,在传统机械隔振的基础上,在软件上提出增加暂存区的振动保护策略,并详细阐述了该策略的实现方法。最后对是否使用该策略的多台样机分组进行了振动对比测试。测试结果表明,该振动保护策略能够对硬盘进行有效保护。
Mechanical hard disk is widely used in vehicle video recording system due to its advantages of cost-effective and large capacity.Vibration is a challenge that the vehicle hard disk must face.The traditional method is to use rubber material or wire rope to design the damping device.In this paper,the damage risk and protection mechanism of hard disk under vehicle vibration condition are analyzed firstly.Based on the traditional mechanical vibration isolation,the vibration protection policy of increasing the temporary storage area is put forward in software,and the realization method of this strategy is described in detail.Finally,the vibration comparison test is carried out for the group of multiple prototypes with or without this strategy.The test results show that the vibration protection strategy can effectively protect hard disks.
