摘要
本文针对某车型搭载新发动机开发验证,在进行极限工况驾驶的驱动耐久试验后,出现涡轮增压器的涡壳裂纹、废气旁通阀拉杆卡滞、增压器失效等故障问题进行深入分析,阐明故障产生的原因,并最终提出切实可行的解决对策,再针对对策有效性进行了有效验证,最终保证车型顺利进入量产且能满足市场客户实用性需求,并为今后其他新车型开发过程出现类似故障提供参考依据。
In this paper,the motorcycle type with new engines is developed and validated.The problems such as turbocharger volute crack,wastegate pull rod sticking and turbocharger failure are deeply analyzed,after the driving durability test under extreme working conditions.The causes of the faults are clarified,and practical solutions are put forward,and then the effectiveness of the countermeasures is effectively verified.Finally,the successful mass production of the model is guaranteed,and the practical needs of market customers ensure is met.The analysis in this paper has successfully provide references for addressing similar failures of other new models development.
