摘要
伴随着国家对智能制造类专业的大力建设,越来越多的工业机器人系统集成设备投入到实训教学中。本文针对水凝器的组焊加工需求,在双工位焊接机器人工作站的基础上设计了一种三工位变位机,并对变位机采用虚拟仿真,验证设计的合理性。结果表明,该变位机能够满足双工位焊接工作站的使用要求,同时本文也是对原有实训设备的一种设计优化尝试。
With the vigorous construction of intelligent manufacturing specialty by the state,more and more industrial robot system integration equipment are put into practical training and teaching.According to the assembly and welding processing requirements of water condenser,a three station positioner is designed based on the two station welding robot workstation,and the virtual simulation is used to verify the rationality of the design.The results show that the positioner can meet the use requirements of double station welding workstation.At the same time,this paper is also a design optimization attempt of the original training equipment.
