摘要
为建立高效液相色谱法同时测定忍冬藤配方颗粒中绿原酸、咖啡酸、马钱苷含量的方法,本文采用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C_(18)色谱柱,乙腈(A)—0.4%磷酸(B)为流动相,进行测定。结果显示,绿原酸进样量在0.0080~0.0801μg(r=0.9999)、咖啡酸进样量在0.0050~0.0437μg(r=0.9995)、马钱苷进样量在0.0893~0.8225μg(r=0.9999)范围内线性关系良好;平均回收率为97.9%、97.1%、98.0%,RSD均在1.0%以内。由此可见,该方法分离度高、灵敏度高、重复性较好,可用于忍冬藤配方颗粒中3种成分的含量测定。
In order to establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid,caffeic acid and loganin in Lonicera japonica dispensing granules,Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 chromatographic column and Acetonitrile(a)-0.4%Phosphoric Acid(b)as mobile phase were used for determination.The results showed that the injection amount of chlorogenic acid was 0.0080-0.0801μg(r=0.9999),caffeic acid injection amount is 0.0050-0.0437μg(r=0.9995),the injection amount of loganin is 0.0893-0.8225μg(r=0.9999).The linear relationship within the range of G(r=0.9999)is good;The average recoveries were 97.9%,97.1%and 98.0%,and the RSD was within 1.0%.It can be seen that the method has high resolution,high sensitivity and good repeatability,and can be used for the determination of three components in Lonicera japonica dispensing granules.
