摘要
混凝土结构物服役期间受到荷载、环境温湿度、化学侵蚀等作用其性能会发生劣化,交流阻抗技术具有快速无损、重复性高等优点,是研究水泥基材料微观结构和性能演化的一种可行方法。总结了交流阻抗的工作原理以及用于表征水泥基材料结构性能的等效电路模型,并对目前研究涉及的电化学工作站选择、试件制备方法、试验参数设置、交流阻抗谱拟合软件等试验细节进行了归纳分析,最后评述了现有的应用成果,以期为水泥基材料交流阻抗的试验研究提供参考。
During service period, concrete structures will be degraded by external loads, environmental temperature and humidity, and chemical attacks. Being rapid, nondestructive and high reliable, impedance spectroscopy(IS)technology is feasible to investigate the microstructures and performances evolution of cement-based materials. This paper first summarized the working principle of IS and the equivalent circuit models used to characterize the structural performances of cement-based materials. Then the testing details concerning about the selection of electrochemical workstations, methods of specimen preparation, setting of experimental parameters, AC electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) fitting tools were presented and analyzed. Finally, the existing results were remarked, which is expected to provide references for the experimental researches of cement-based materials by IS.
