摘要
目的 对西藏地区成年人口腔健康状况进行调研,描述其牙周疾病流行状况。方法 采用WHO口腔健康调查方法,对西藏地区成年人进行多阶段、分层抽样调查,样本总数为446人。牙周健康状况通过临床检查探诊出血、牙石、牙周袋深度(PD)和附着丧失(CAL)等指标进行评估。利用χ^(2)检验、Mann-Whitney U检验分析牙周病分布影响因素。结果 探诊出血、牙石、浅牙周袋(4 mm≤PD<6 mm)、深牙周袋(PD≥6 mm)及牙齿CAL>3 mm的检出率分别为92.4%、95.3%、62.3%、15.0%及79.4%。西藏地区牙周病的患病率明显高于全国平均水平,除65~<75岁年龄段余留牙数目迅速下降外,成年人牙周的健康率随年龄的增长明显降低,探诊出血、牙石的患病率明显升高,且存在男性高于女性的现象。结论 西藏地区成年人牙周健康不容乐观,相关卫生机构需要重视并出台相关政策,以促进西藏地区人口的口腔健康。
Objective To investigate the oral health status and describe the prevalence of periodontal diseases among adults in Tibet.Methods We performed a multistage stratified sampling among adults in Tibet(n=446)according to methodology of oral health survey of WHO.Periodontal health state was subsequently evaluated by the indicators like bleeding on probing,calculus,periodontal pocket depth(PD),and clinical attachment loss(CAL)and so on.Chi-square and Mann-Whitney U tests were used to analyze the influencing factors of periodontal disease distribution.Results The prevalence of bleeding on probing,calculus,shallow periodontal pocket(4 mm≤PD<6 mm),deep periodontal pocket(PD≥6 mm)and CAL>3 mm were 92.4%,95.3%,62.3%,15.0%and 79.4%,respectively.The prevalence of periodontal diseases in Tibet was significantly higher than the national average.Except for the rapid decline in the number of remaining teeth in the 65<75 age group,the periodontal health rate of adults decreased significantly with aging,and the prevalence of bleeding on probing and calculus increased significantly,which was higher in men than in women.Conclusion The periodontal health of Tibetan adults is not optimistic,and relevant health institutions need to pay attention to it and introduce relevant policies to promote the maintenance of oral health in Tibet.
