摘要
为了良好的客户体验,需对车辆的部分重要系统进行冗余设计。测试验证从车辆低压电源停止输出开始,直至行车安全功能受到影响时所行驶的距离以及电器功能表现是否符合设计要求,确保客户遇到类似情况时能够正常应变处理。本文重点介绍汽车低压电源不发电情况下的驾车体验测试,主要包含测试背景、目标、准备、步骤、结果评估,期望可为相关人员提供借鉴。
For a good customer experience,it is necessary to carry out redundant design for some important systems of the vehicle.Test verification starts from the stop of the low-voltage power supply of the vehicle,until the distance traveled when the driving safety function is affected,and whether the performance of electrical functions meets the design requirements to ensure that customers In the event of a similar situation,it can be dealt with normally.This paper focuses on the driving experience test under the condition that the low-voltage power supply of the automobile does not generate electricity,mainly including the test background,objectives,preparations,steps,and result evaluation.It is hoped that it can provide reference for relevant personnel.
