农区绵羊春秋两季超数排卵及胚胎移植效果分析 被引量:5

摘要 为探明农区绵羊春秋两季母羊同期发情超数排卵及胚胎移植效果,采用2种超排方案(方案1:海绵栓+FSH+PMSG+A_(3);方案2:海绵栓+FSH+PMSG+LH)对萨福克母羊进行同期发情和超数排卵处理,筛选出较优方案,再用较优方案在春秋两季对萨福克羊和杜泊羊进行超排,并比较鲜胚和冻胚的胚胎移植效果。结果表明,方案1母羊只均冲胚数(6.30枚±4.75枚)显著优于方案2(4.98枚±3.97枚)(P<0.05)。通过优选方案1进行超数排卵,春季萨福克羊只均生产可用胚胎3.48枚±3.50枚,黑头杜泊羊2.58枚±2.36枚,白头杜泊羊2.37枚±2.01枚,两品种间差异不显著(P>0.05);而秋季萨福克羊只均生产可用胚胎5.57枚±4.21枚,黑头杜泊羊7.25枚±5.02枚,白头杜泊羊8.05枚±3.58枚,两品种间差异显著(P<0.05)。春秋两季鲜胚移植受胎率分别为63.64%和67.48%,冷冻胚胎春秋季移植受胎率分别为56.09%和48.35%,鲜胚或冷冻胚胎移植受胎率在春秋季无显著差异(P>0.05)。综上所述,在本试验条件下,母羊秋季的超数排卵效果优于春季;杜泊羊生产的可用胚胎数高于萨福克羊;鲜胚和冷冻胚胎的移植效果不受季节影响。 This study aimed to explore the effect of simultaneous estrous,superovulation,and embryo transfer.The effects of simultaneous estrus and superovulation of the two schemes in Suffolk ewes were compared(scheme 1:sponge suppository+FSH+PMSG+A_(3);scheme 2:sponge suppository+FSH+PMSG+LH).After selecting the optimal scheme,the effects of the fresh embryo and frozen embryo transfer in Suffolk ewes and Dorper ewes were compared in spring and autumn.The results showed that the average number of embryos in Scheme 1 was 6.30±4.75 for each sheep,which was better than that in Scheme 2(4.98±3.97 for each sheep)(P<0.05).In autumn,the number of available embryos per production was 5.57±4.21 in Suffolk sheep,7.25±5.02 in Black Dorper sheep,and 8.05±3.58 in White Dorper sheep.The number of available embryos per production in Dorper sheep was significantly higher than that in Suffolk sheep(P<0.05).The pregnancy rates of fresh embryo transfer in spring and autumn were 63.64%and 67.48%,respectively,and those of frozen embryo transfer in spring and autumn was 56.09%and 48.35%.There was no significant difference in the pregnancy rates of the fresh embryo or frozen embryo transfer in spring and autumn(P>0.05).In summary,the effect of superovulation in autumn was better than that in spring,and the number of available embryos produced by Dorper sheep was higher than that of Suffolk sheep,and the effect of the fresh embryo and frozen embryo transfer was not affected by seasons.
