摘要
对1例晚期癌症患者治疗过程出现呼吸抑制、过度镇静的不良反应进行讨论,通过查阅文献,对不良反应的发生机制、相关因素进行分析,提出药物治疗方案的调整意见以及治疗过程中的药学监护要点,为癌痛患者的镇痛治疗提供参考。
The adverse reactions of respiratory depression and excessive sedation during the treatment of a patient with advanced cancer were discussed.By referring to the literature,the occurrence mechanism and related factors of adverse reactions were analyzed,and the adjustment opinions of drug treatment schemes and the key points of pharmaceutical care in the treatment process were put forward to provide reference for the analgesic treatment of cancer pain patients.
