摘要
【目的】探究外源氨基酸硒肥对黄瓜幼苗生长及抗氧化物指标的影响,为黄瓜高效优质育苗及栽培提供参考。【方法】以氨基酸硒叶面肥为硒源,桂青1号黄瓜为材料,在黄瓜幼苗长至1叶1心期进行不同浓度氨基酸硒(硒浓度分别为0、2、4、6、8、10、12和14 mg/L)叶面喷施处理,研究不同浓度硒肥对黄瓜幼苗农艺性状、渗透调节物质和抗氧化物质含量、抗氧化酶活性及硒富集的影响。【结果】施用不同浓度的氨基酸硒叶面肥对黄瓜幼苗农艺性状、渗透调节物质和抗氧化物质含量、抗氧化酶活性及硒富集影响显著(P<0.05,下同)。随着硒浓度的增加,黄瓜幼苗的生长指标均表现为先升高后下降的变化趋势,黄瓜幼苗株高、株幅、叶长、叶宽和根长在硒浓度为2 mg/L时达最高值,下茎长和总叶绿素含量分别于硒浓度为10和6 mg/L时达最高值;黄瓜幼苗根、茎和叶的可溶性蛋白、抗坏血酸(AsA)和脯氨酸(Pro)含量均呈先升高后下降的变化趋势;黄瓜幼苗根、茎和叶中丙二醛(MDA)含量呈先降低后升高的变化趋势;硒浓度为4 mg/L时可显著提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,而在10~14 mg/L时过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性最高;黄瓜幼苗根、茎和叶中总硒含量随外源硒浓度增加呈先升高后降低的变化趋势,各器官总硒含量排序为:根>茎>叶。【结论】黄瓜幼苗可承受的最大硒浓度为10 mg/L。生产上可在黄瓜幼苗期喷施低浓度氨基酸硒肥(硒浓度6~8 mg/L)以培育壮苗。
[Objective]The present paper aimed to explore the effects of exogenous amino acid selenium fertilizer on the growth and antioxidant indexes of cucumber seedlings,so as to provide reference for efficient raising and cultivation of high-quality cucumber seedlings.[Method]Using amino acid selenium leaf fertilizer as selenium source and cucumber Guiqing No.1 as material,different concentrations of amino acid selenium(selenium concentrations were 0,2,4,6,8,10,12 and 14 mg/L respectively)were sprayed on the leaf surface of cucumber seedlings at the stage of one leaf and one heart.To study effects of different concentrations of amino acid selenium on agronomic properties,contents of osmotic regulators and antioxidants,antioxidant enzyme activities and selenium enrichment of cucumber seedlings.[Result]The application of different concentrations of amino acid selenium leaf fertilizer significantly influenced the agronomic properties,contents of osmotic regulators and antioxidants,antioxidant enzyme activity and selenium enrichment of cucumber seedlings(P<0.05,the same as below).With the increase of selenium concentration,the growth indexes of cucumber seedlings increased at that start and then decreased.The plant height,plant width,leaf length,leaf width and root length of cucumber seedlings reached the highest value at selenium concentration of 2 mg/L,and the lower stem length and total chlorophyll content reached the highest value at selenium concentration of 10 and 6 mg/L respectively;The contents of soluble protein,ascorbic acid(AsA)and proline(Pro)in roots,stems and leaves of cucumber seedlings in creased at that start and then decreased;The content of malondialdehyde(MDA)in roots,stems and leaves of cucumber seedlings decreased at the start and then increased;When the concentration of selenium was 4 mg/L,the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)was significantly increased,while the activities of peroxidase(POD)and catalase(CAT)were the highest at 10-14 mg/L;The total selenium content in roots,stems and leaves of cuc
