基于SolidWorks技术的变电站开关设备检修方法仿真 被引量:3

摘要 为了适应智能化变电站发展、有效获取变电站开关设备检修结果,从开关设备基础结构角度出发,研究基于SolidWorks技术变电站开关设备检修方法。结合电气与几何约束,采用SolidWorks技术,通过构建开关设备尺寸参数数据表、生成开关设备参数化设计对话框界面、设计自动建模对话框等过程构建变电站开关设备三维模型;基于所构建的模型,采用相应技术实现开关设备检修与安全距离分析的功能,完成对开关设备相关数据的分布与共享,并通过交互式三维界面实现开关设备三维模型展示与交互操作响应。仿真结果显示,该方法能够生成完整、清晰、包含基础结构的整体设备三维模型,并有效完成对变电站开关设备局部结构的性能检测。 In order to adapt to the development of intelligent substation and effectively obtain the maintenance results of substation switch equipment,this paper studied the maintenance method of substation switch equipment based on SolidWorks technology from the perspective of switch equipment infrastructure.Combined with electrical and geometric constraints,SolidWorks technology was used to construct the three-dimensional model of substation switch equipment by constructing the size parameter data table of switch equipment,generating the interface of switch equipment parametric design dialog box,and designing the automatic modeling dialog box.Based on the constructed model,the corresponding technology was used to realize the functions of switch equipment overhaul and safety distance analysis,complete the distribution and sharing of switch equipment related data,and realize the 3D model display and interactive operation response of switch equipment through the interactive 3D interface.The simulation results showed that this method can generate a complete,clear,three-dimensional model of the whole equipment including the infrastructure,and effectively complete the performance detection of the local structure of the substation switchgear.
