摘要
蜗轮蜗杆减速机一般用于低转速、大扭矩的设备上,如果出现故障不仅会影响生产,还会造成安全事故。基于此,介绍了蜗轮蜗杆减速机的设备特点、机械结构、蜗杆传动类型等,并以RV系列蜗轮蜗杆减速机为研究对象,分析了常见的五种主要故障类型以及故障原因,并提出相应的维护措施及保养方法,以期为该类型设备故障维修提供参考。
Worm gear reducer is generally used in low-speed,high-torque equipment,if the failure will affect production,and even cause safety accidents,therefore,the equipment characteristics,mechanical structure,worm drive type of worm gear reducer is introduced,and the RV series worm gear reducer is used as the research object,five common main types of failure and the causes of failure are analyzed,and the corresponding maintenance measures and maintenance methods,in order to provide reference for the fault maintenance of this type of equipment.
