摘要
针对某煤炭企业信息化建设的现状,以采煤机为研究对象,开展了基于5G通信技术的采煤机远程遥控系统总体结构、车载子系统、远程遥控子系统和通信子系统的设计,实现了采煤机远程遥控、实时快速无线通信的目的。应用结果表明,5G通信技术的投入使用,提高了采煤机远程遥控系统信息传输速率,节约了采煤机的运行维护人员,降低了煤炭生产成本,为煤炭企业创造了更多的经济效益。
Aiming at the information construction of a coal enterprise, the overall structure of the remote control system of coal mining machine based on 5G communication technology, the design of vehicle subsystem, remote control subsystem and communication subsystem were carried out with coal mining machine as the research object, and the purpose of real-time and fast wireless communication of remote control of coal mining machine was realized. The application results show that the use of 5G communication technology has improved the information transmission rate of coal mining machine remote control system, saved the operation and maintenance personnel of coal mining machine, reduced the cost of coal production and created more economic benefits for coal.
