摘要 根据某矿3号煤层赋存条件及工作面的放顶煤工艺,分析ZF7000/16/30D型综放支架的主要技术参数、结构特征,并详细介绍了支架电控方案。该方案可以实现支架的立柱应力监测、支架推移行程监测、支架高度监测、顶底板姿态监测、护帮姿态监测、支架尾梁姿态监测、煤机位置监测、动作警示监测、精准拉移刮板输送机等操作功能,为井下实际应用提供参考。 Taking 3103 fully mechanized top coal caving face of No.3 coal seam of a mine as the research background,according to the occurrence conditions of the coal seam and the top coal caving process of the working face,ZF7000/16/30D type of four column support shield hydraulic support was studied,the main technical parameters and main structural characteristics of the support were given,and the design scheme of the electronic control system is introduced in detail,which can realize the column stress monitoring.The operation functions such as support moving stroke monitoring,support height monitoring,top and bottom plate attitude monitoring,side protection attitude monitoring,support tail beam attitude monitoring,coal machine position monitoring,action warning monitoring.It provides a reference for the practice application.
