基于近红外光谱技术的陈皮粉真伪无损鉴别 被引量:2

Nondestructive Identification of Authenticity of Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Powder Based on Near Infrared Spectroscopy

摘要 本研究提出了一种基于近红外光谱技术的陈皮粉真实性的无损鉴别方法。利用便携式近红外光谱仪采集新会陈皮粉、假冒及掺假陈皮粉(砂糖橘果皮、沃柑果皮、蜜橘果皮、椪柑果皮、普洱茶水浸泡的沃柑果皮、普洱茶水蒸煮的沃柑果皮、豆浆粉、面粉、红薯粉)的漫反射光谱,采用单一及组合预处理方法消除光谱干扰,利用主成分分析方法建立鉴别模型。结果表明,利用原始光谱结合主成分分析可实现新会陈皮粉与假冒陈皮粉的准确鉴别;经单一及组合预处理优化后可实现对掺假陈皮粉的准确鉴别。因此,便携式近红外光谱技术结合化学计量学方法可对陈皮粉的真实性进行无损鉴别。 In this study,a nondestructive identification method of authenticity of Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium(CRP)powder based on near infrared spectroscopy was proposed.The diffuse reflectance spectra of Xinhui CRP,counterfeit and adulterated CRP powder(Shatangju peel,fertile orange peel,tangerine peel,Ponkan peel,fertile orange peel soaked in Pu’er tea,fertile orange peel boiled in Pu’er tea,soybean milk powder,flour and sweet potato powder)were collected by portable near infrared spectrometer.The interferences in the spectra were eliminated by single and combined pretreatment methods.The identification models were established by principal component analysis.The results showed that the accurate identification of Xinhui CRP powder and counterfeit CRP powder could be realized by using the original spectra combined with principal component analysis method.With the single and combined pretreatment methods,the accurate identification of adulterated CRP powder could be realized.Therefore,portable near infrared spectroscopy combined with chemometrics could be used for the nondestructive identification of authenticity of CRP powder.
