摘要
河湖是一座城市的灵魂和血脉,目前建设“幸福河湖”已成为全社会共识。为加强泉城济南“幸福河湖”的建设与管理,进一步促进水生态文明城市建设,本文总结了济南市水生态文明城市建设实施以来的经验,分析了济南市现状河湖存在的问题,提出“幸福河湖”规划建设管理思路,旨在为同类项目的建设管理提供借鉴与参考。
Rivers and lakes are the soul and blood in a city.The construction of“Happy River and Lake”has become the consensus of the whole society currently.The experience since the implementation of Jinan water ecological civilization city construction is summarized in the paper in order to strengthen the construction and management of Jinan“Happy River and Lake”,and further promote the construction of the water ecological civilization city.The problems in current rivers and lakes of Jinan are analyzed.The concepts of“Happy River and Lake”planning and construction management are proposed,thereby providing reference for construction management of similar projects.
