摘要
梳理红船精神与高校思想政治教育关系,发现两者在教育目标和本质上是一致的,因此红船精神完全能够融入大学生的思想政治教育之中。让各类专业课程与思政课程同向同行、形成协同效应是构建全员、全程、全方位育人格局的重要环节。以管理学原理课程中的重要基础内容管理者为例,合理选择三个典型案例,通过创设情境、深入了解研究主体、分享项目作业、小组合作讨论、案例分析拓展的教学过程,实现了教学角色、教学方法、教学模式的转变,学生的学习兴趣得以增强,学习成绩和综合能力显著提高,并实现了思政教育的升华与内化。
The relationship between the spirit of red boat and ideological and political education in colleges and universities is analyzed,and it is found that the two are consistent in educational objectives and essence,so the spirit of red boat can be fully integrated into the ideological and political education of college students.To make all kinds of professional courses and ideological and political education go together and form synergistic effect is an important link to construct a pattern of full,full and all-round education.Based on principles of management of the important course content managers,for example,selecting three typical cases,through the establishment situation,understanding,sharing project assignments,group cooperation study subject discussion,case analysis to expand the teaching process,realize the role of teaching,teaching methods,teaching mode,to enhance the students’ interest in learning,the academic performance and comprehensive ability have been significantly improved,and ideological and political education has been sublimated and internalized.
