结构光图像三维工业测量实验教学设备开发

摘要 精密三维工业测量技术在现代工业生产中具有巨大的应用需求。设计开发了一种结构光图像三维工业测量实验教学设备,应用于数字图像处理相关的实验教学中,提升学生对于三维图像处理的认知理解和动手实践能力。设备在相机标定、畸变校正、图像匹配、三角测量和点云处理等方面都设计了相应的模块,可以与理论内容相呼应,具有扫描和重建数字化三维模型的功能,操作流程清晰,具有良好的推广示范作用。 Precise 3D measurement technology has a huge application demand in industry.We present a structured-light based on 3D scanning device as teaching equipment,which can be applied in experimental teaching of digital image processing related courses.The device can be used to improve students’ understanding and practical ability of image-based 3D scanning and industrial measurement.The device has corresponding modules designed for camera calibration,distortion correction,image matching,triangulation and point cloud processing,which can echo the theoretical content in practical teaching.It has the function of scanning and reconstructing digital 3D models,while the operation process is clear.The device has good demonstration and popularization value.
