基于支持向量机的农田水利灌溉分流机械运行异常检测

摘要 农田水利灌溉分流机械运行中未对运行数据进行处理,导致其存在检测性能差和检测率低等问题。为此,提出基于支持向量机的农田水利灌溉分流机械运行异常检测方法。采用组织映射算法聚类处理灌溉分流机械的运行数据,通过尺度不变特征变换SIFT方法获取运行数据特征,把免疫算法引入支持向量机中,将获取的运行数据特征输入支持向量机中,完成农田水利灌溉分流机械运行的异常检测。实验结果表明,该方法提升了农田水利灌溉分流机械检测的有效性。 The operation data is not processed during the operation of farmland irrigation diversion machinery,which leads to the problems of poor detection performance and low detection rate.Therefore,a detection method of abnormal operation of farmland irrigation diversion machinery based on support vector machine is proposed.The operation data of irrigation diversion machinery are clustered by tissue mapping algorithm,and the operation data features are obtained by scale invariant feature transformation sift method.The immune algorithm is introduced into support vector machine,and the obtained operation data features are input into support vector machine to complete the anomaly detection of farmland water irrigation diversion machinery.The experimental results show that the proposed method improves the effectiveness of the detection of farmland irrigation diversion machinery.
