水峪煤业六采区CO气体治理技术研究

摘要 水峪煤业六采区第一行人巷132号横梁处巷帮裂隙中CO气体异常涌出,造成六采区第一行人巷巷道风流中CO气体浓度(体积分数)最高达到20×10^(-6),波及影响整个六采区所有用风地点。同时六采区还有其他一些巷道和密闭内也出现了CO气体超限。此次CO超限治理的总体思路:采空区灌浆;密闭堵漏;煤柱巷道喷浆、采空区注氮等综合防灭火措施。 The abnormal emission of CO gas from the roadway side crack at the No. 132 cross beam of the first pedestrian roadway in No.6 mining area of Shuiyu Coal Industry caused the maximum concentration(volume fraction) of CO gas in the airflow of the first pedestrian roadway in No. 6 mining area to reach 20×10^(-6), affecting all air consumption sites in the whole No. 6 mining area. At the same time, CO gas overrun also occurred in some other roadways and enclosed areas in the sixth mining area. The general ideas of CO overrun treatment this time are listed as followed: goaf grouting, sealing and plugging, comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing measures such as slurry spraying in coal pillar roadway and nitrogen injection in goaf.
