摘要
炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)是一组原因不明的慢性、免疫系统介导的肠道炎症性疾病。目前认为主要是遗传、环境因素及肠道菌群紊乱导致肠道免疫系统过度激活引起的自身免疫性疾病。昼夜节律是生物界普遍存在的一种生命现象,人体的各种生理机能为适应外界环境的昼夜变化而建立有规律的昼夜周期(约24 h)。近年来,多项研究发现昼夜节律紊乱(circadian rhythm disorder,CRD)与IBD的发生与发展密切相关。本文就昼夜节律产生机制、CRD与IBD的潜在联系及相关临床应用前景作一综述。
Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is a group of unexplained chronic,immune system-mediated intestinal inflammatory diseases.At present,it is believed that genetic,environmental factors and disorders of intestinal flora lead to autoimmune diseases caused by excessive activation of the intestinal immune system.The circadian rhythm is a universal life phenomenon in the biological world.The various physiological functions of the human body establish a regular day and night cycle to adapt to the day and night changes in the external environment(about 24 hours).Many studies have found that the circadian rhythm disorder(CRD)is closely related to the occurrence and development of IBD in recent years.This article mainly elaborated the mechanism of circadian rhythm,the potential connection between CRD and IBD,and the prospects of related clinical applications.
