摘要
依托现代信息技术的智慧乡村高质量发展是我国经济高质量发展的关键环节。智慧乡村高质量建设评估可以研判其发展存在的不足,探索更高效的发展路径。文章从五大发展理念把握智慧乡村高质量发展内涵,构建智慧乡村高质量发展指标评价体系,运用熵权TOPSIS法对徐州乡村经济高质量发展水平进行评价。研究表明:徐州市智慧乡村朝多种形式发展,但存在创新驱动不全面、区域信息不协调等问题。在此基础上提出促进智慧乡村发展的对策。
The high-quality development of smart villages relying on modern information technology is a key link in the high quality economic development in China.The evaluation of the high-quality construction of smart villages can be used to evaluate the shortcomings of their development and explore more efficient development paths.This article grasps the connotation of the high quality development of smart villages from the five development concepts,constructs the evaluation system of high-quality development index of smart villages,and uses the entropy weight TOPSIS method to evaluate the high-quality development level of Xuzhou rural economy.The research shows that the smart villages of Xuzhou City are developing in various forms,but there are some problems such as incomplete innovation drive and uncoordinated regional information.On this basis,the countermeasures to promote the development of smart villages are proposed.
