摘要
目的:探讨基于老年综合评估(CGA)的护理在老年慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2019年10月至2021年10月该院收治的76例老年CHF患者的临床资料,按照护理方法不同分为对照组和观察组各38例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施基于CGA的护理,两组均持续护理4周。比较两组护理前后心功能、运动耐力、生命质量,以及心脏不良事件发生情况和护理满意度。结果:观察组护理后左心室短轴缩短率、左心室射血分数高于对照组,左心室舒张末期内径短于对照组,6 min步行试验距离长于对照组,明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量问卷评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组心脏不良事件发生率为5.26%,低于对照组的21.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于CGA的护理用于老年CHF患者效果确切,能够改善患者心功能,提高其运动耐力、生命质量和护理满意度,还能降低心脏不良事件发生风险。
Objective:To explore effects of comprehensive geriatric assessment(CGA)-based nursing on elderly patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods:The clinical data of 76 elderly CHF patients admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were retrospectively analyzed,and were divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,38 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given CGA-based nursing.These nursing lasted continuously for 4 weeks.g satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results:After nursing,the left ventricular short-axis shortening rate and left ventricular ejection fraction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of cardiac adverse events in the observation group was 5.26%,which was lower than 21.05%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of items were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The CGA-based nursing is effective in the elderly patients with CHF,which can improve the cardiac function,improve the exercise tolerance,the quality of life and the nursing satisfaction,and reduce the risk of adverse cardiac events.
