摘要
为检验创新型人力资本对绿色发展的非线性影响,本文利用2010—2018年省级面板数据,建立固定效应模型和面板门限模型,系统考察创新型人力资本的绿色溢出如何在产业结构变迁、异质性教育人力资本、绿色技术创新和市场化等变量的影响下产生复杂的变化。研究结果表明:(1)创新型人力资本、高级教育人力资本、绿色技术创新和市场化等对绿色转型具有显著、稳健的正向作用;(2)创新型人力资本的绿色转型溢出存在显著的门限效应,在经济社会发展复杂变量的不同水平下产生非线性的影响;(3)中国大部分地区如果能进一步提升高级教育人力资本和市场化水平,可以更好地发挥创新型人力资本的绿色溢出作用。本文的研究结论为中国经济绿色转型的市场化路线提供了支撑,同时也发出了过度追求产业结构服务化、忽视人力资本异质性、淡化产业和市场地区差异等可能影响绿色转型效率的警示。
Using the provincial panel data from 2010 to 2018 to construct the fixed effect model and the dynamic panel threshold model,this paper tests the nonlinear impact of innovative human capital on green development,and systematically examines how the industrial structure change,heterogeneous educational human capital,green technological innovation and marketization affect the green spillover of innovative human capital.The results are shown as follows.Firstly,innovative human capital,advanced educational human capital,green technological innovation and marketization have significant and robust positive effects on green transformation.Secondly,the impact of innovative human capital on green transformation also has a significant threshold effect,resulting in nonlinear effects at different levels of complex variables of economic and social development.Thirdly,the green spillover effect of innovative human capital can be better played in most regions of China if advanced educational human capital and the marketization level can be further improved.The relevant conclusions not only support the market-oriented path of green transformation of China’s economy,but also warn that excessive pursuit of service-oriented industrial structure,neglect of human capital heterogeneity,and desalinization of regional differences in industries and the market may affect the efficiency of transformation.
