摘要 在活塞式压缩机的安装和检修过程中,活塞杆跳动量的测量及调整是一项重要工作。测量时要模拟活塞杆的实际运行状态进行,调整前要对跳动量超的原因进行分析,并根据测量、分析结果以及机组多条中心线的实际情况进行。调整不可急于求成,应测量、调整、再测量、再调整、再测量多次进行,最终使活塞杆的跳动量达到规范要求。通过正确的测量和调整,可以保障压缩机的安装和检修质量,也是压缩机投运后稳定运行的重要保障。 In the process of installation and maintenance of the piston compressor,the measurement and adjustment of the runout of piston rod is an important task.During the measurement,the actual running state of piston rod should be simulated,the reason of the excess runout should be analyzed befeore adjustment,and the measurement should be carried out according to the results of analysis and the actual situation of multiple centerlines of the unit.Adjustment should be measured and adjusted many times,and the runout of piston rod must meet the specification requirements finally.The correct measurement and adjustment can guarantee the installation and maintenance quality of compressor,and it also the important guarantee for the stable operation of compressor after putting into operation.
