摘要
为解决盾构在软硬不均地层中大下坡并小曲线半径穿越建筑群的施工难题,以武汉地铁8号线二期小洪山站~街道口站区间盾构下穿多个住宅小区施工为例,通过采取优化刀具配置和渣土改良系统、设置换刀点主动查刀,刀盘中心增加两路高压水冲刷系统、水平运输设备改造三气路制动系统和断电刹、二次注浆再辅以环箍注浆、通过采取预偏量进行动态纠偏等措施,形成盾构掘进控制技术,保证盾构安全穿越多个住宅小区,有效解决了不良工况下盾构穿越建筑群的相关问题。
In order to solve the construction problem of shield tunneling through buildings with large downhill slope and small curve radius in uneven soft and hard strata,this paper takes the construction of shield tunneling through multiple residential areas between Xiaohongshan Station and Jiedaokou Station in Phase 2 project of Wuhan Metro Line 8 as an example,and forms the shield tunneling control technology by applying a series of measures,including optimizing tool configuration and slag improvement system,setting up tool changing points to actively check the knife,adding two lines of high pressure water washing system in the cutter center,transforming three pneumatic power braking system and power-off braking system for horizontal transportation equipment,secondary grouting supplemented by hoop grouting,and adopting dynamic correction with pre deviator,which ensures the safety of shield tunneling through multiple residential areas,and effectively solves the related issues of shield tunneling through buildings under bad working conditions.
