摘要
铁路跨海桥梁所处环境恶劣,在海洋环境的作用下混凝土和钢筋极易受到海水中氯离子等高活性离子的侵蚀,铁路桥梁的耐久性问题就尤为突出。为了确保跨海桥梁的设计使用寿命,必须采取有效的防护措施。依托某跨海铁路工程项目,设计时对桥梁各部位所处的环境等级进行了划分。确定了以采用高性能混凝土、控制混凝土裂缝宽度和增加混凝土保护层厚度的基本措施,并根据不同环境条件对桥梁各部位采用相应的附加和辅助措施;桥梁附属钢结构采用重防腐涂装体系进行防护;各项措施协同作用,解决海洋环境下桥梁结构的耐久性问题。
The durability of railway bridge is particularly prominent when considering the poor environment of cross-sea bridge and the erosion of concrete and steel by extract of high-active ions such as chloride ions.In order to ensure the designed service life of sea crossing bridges,some effective protection measures must be taken.Depending on a cross-sea railway project,the environmental grade of each part of the bridge is divided during the design.The basic measures of using high-performance concrete,controlling the width of concrete cracks and increasing the thickness of concrete protective layer are determined,and relevant additional and supporting measures are used according to different environmental conditions of the bridge parts.The auxiliary steel structure of the bridge is protected by using heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating system.All measures work together to solve the durability problem of bridge structures in the marine environment.
