摘要
随着我国城镇化步伐持续加快,城市人口的不断涌入,居民对公共服务的要求越来越高,使得传统的公共服务模式逐渐不能适应和满足人民对美好生活品质的追求。而随着物联网、云计算、大数据、空间地理信息集成等新一代信息集成技术的发展,促使城市规划、建设、管理和服务智慧化的“智慧城市”应运而生。本文在梳理国内外智慧城市公共服务相关研究的基础上,结合宜昌智慧城市建设现状,提出构建以“城市大脑数字底座”为核心的“1234”智慧城市建设框架,重点研究了交通、医疗、文旅、社保、教育、公安等民生领域公共服务模式创新对宜昌智慧城市建设的推进作用。
With the continuous acceleration of urbanization,the influx of urban population and the increasing demands of residents for public services,the traditional public service model has failed to adapt to and meet the people’s pursuit of a better quality of life.With the development of a new generation of information integration technologies such as the Internet of Things,cloud computing,big data,and spatial geographic information integration,the“smart city”that promotes urban planning,construction,management and service intelligence emerged.On the basis of sorting out research on smart city public services at home and abroad,combined with the current status of Yichang smart city construction,this paper proposes a“1234”smart city construction framework with“city brain digital base”as the core,focusing on the role of innovation in public service models in the fields of transportation,medical care,cultural tourism,social security,education,and public security in promoting the construction of Yichang smart city.
