摘要
从赤泥中回收利用铁资源,对补充我国的铁矿石资源有重要意义。本文所述生产工艺利用高铁铝土矿生产氧化铝后的赤泥进行提铁,通过赤泥—隔渣筛—中磁机—粗选—精选—压滤等过程制得铁精矿。该工艺具有技术成熟可靠、建设投资成本低、运行成本低、对氧化铝工艺系统影响小等优势。
The recovery and utilization of iron resources from red mud is of great significance to supple-ment the iron ore resources in China.The production process described in this paper utilizes the red mud produced after the extraction of alumina from high iron content bauxite to extract iron,and obtains iron concentrate through the process of red mud-slag screening-medium magnetic machine-roughing-cleaning-filter press.The process has the advantages of mature and reliable technology,low CAPEX and OPEX,and slight impact on the alumina process system.
