摘要
随着我国对环境保护的重视程度不断加强,SCR脱硝催化剂有着广泛的应用前景。但SCR脱硝催化剂的使用寿命只有2~4年,每年工业上会产生大量的废弃脱硝催化剂。这些催化剂中的重金属氧化物会污染环境,同时造成资源的浪费。因此,对废弃SCR脱硝催化剂中的组分进行回收利用,具有良好的经济价值和环境效益。本文详细介绍了几种废弃SCR脱硝催化剂的回收工艺,分析了各工艺的优缺点,指出酸法是一种低能耗、高回收率、高纯度的V2O5回收工艺,但仍需要通过优化浸出工艺来减少酸的用量。同时,对其它组分的回收工艺也进行了讨论。
With the increasing emphasis on environmental protection in China,SCR(selective catalytic reduction)denitration catalysts performed a wide application prospect.However,the service life of SCR denitration catalysts was only 2~4 years and a large number of waste denitration catalysts would be produced in industry every year.The heavy metal oxides in these catalysts would seriously pollute the environment,and simultaneously wasted the resources.Therefore,it had better economic value and environmental benefit for recovery of the components in the waste SCR denitration catalysts.In this paper,the various recovery processes of waste SCR denitration catalysts were introduced in detail,and the advantages and disadvantages of various processes were analyzed.Among them,the acid method was a route with low energy consumption,high recovery efficiency and high purity for recovery of V2O5,but it was still necessary to diminish the consumption of acid by optimizing the leaching processes.The recovery routes of other components were also discussed.
