摘要
在法学教育自身发展冲动和对中国法治人才的内在需求合力作用下,中国法学教育取得了举世瞩目的成就,从规模和体量来看,已经成为名副其实的法学教育大国,但离法学教育强国这一目标还有较大差距。我们需要顺势而为、谋势而动,以准确识变之智,科学应变之道,主动求变之能,牢牢把握发展的主动权。这就要求我们必须进一步解放思想,打破制约法学教育发展的藩篱,扎根中国大地,凝练中国特色,走开放创新、内涵式发展的道路,推动中国法学教育高质量发展,实现中国法学教育由“大”到“强”的跨越式变革。
Under the integrated effect of the innate development impulse of legal education and the internal demand for Chinese legal talent,China's legal education has made remarkable achievements.In terms of scale and volume,China has become a veritable large country of legal education in the world,but there is still a big gap in the goal of becoming a powerful country of legal education.We need to take advantage of the trend,follow the trend and firmly grasp the initiative of development through the wisdom of accurately recognizing change,methods of scientifically adapting to the changes of the time,and the ability of actively seeking the changes.This requires us to further emancipate our minds,break down the barriers that restrict the development of legal education,root in China,refine Chinese characteristics,take the road of opening,innovation and connotative development,promote the high⁃quality development of China's legal education,and realize the innovative breakthrough of Chinese legal education and make it from“large”to“powerful”.
