摘要
目的探讨在体检护理工作中实施健康体检路径护理模式的应用效果。方法选取在2018年10月-2019年9月到我院行健康体检的体检者共850例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组每组各425例,其中对照组行常规体检模式,观察组则行健康体检路径护理,对比两组护理效果、护理质量评分与护理满意度。结果观察组体检用时短于对照组,体检效率评分与体检可信度评分均高于对照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05);观察组护理质量评分高于对照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论按照健康体检路径护理模式对体检者行体检护理,可显著提升其体检护理质量与护理满意度,保证整体的护理效果,故建议推广应用该护理模式。
Objective To explore application effect of health examination path nursing mode in physical examination nursing work.Methods The paper chose 850 physical examiners in our hospital for physical examination from October 2018 to September 2019 as research objects,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly,425 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine physical examination mode,and observation group with physical examination path nursing.Nursing effect,nursing quality scores and nursing satisfaction degree between two groups were compared.Results Physical examination time of observation group was shorter than control group,physical examination effect scores and physical examination reliability scores were higher than control group,there was significant difference between groups(P<0.05);scores of nursing quality in observation group were higher than control group,there was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05);nursing satisfaction degree of observation group was higher than control group,there was significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Physical examination nursing according to physical examination path nursing mode can improve quality of physical examination nursing and nursing satisfaction degree significantly,and ensure overall nursing effect.Therefore,it is suggested to promote and apply the nursing mode.
