摘要
目的探讨在妇产科临床麻醉中实施喉罩全麻通气,观察其安全性。方法2018年1月-2019年1月为研究实施时间,抽取100例妇产科患者,按照随机数字表法分为参照组和实验组,各50例。参照组行常规气管插管通气,实验组行喉罩全麻通气。对比不良反应、各项指标以及麻醉效果。结果将参照组作参考,实验组不良反应为4.00%(2/50)较低,差异显著(P<0.05);实验组各项指标、麻醉效果优于参照组,2组差异明显(P<0.05);实验组Ⅰ级高于参照组,Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级低于参照组,不良反应率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科临床麻醉中实施喉罩全麻通气,使患者的血流动力学指标得到改善,使通气质量提升,其治疗安全性较高。
Objective To investigate and observe safety of laryngeal mask ventilation under general anesthesia in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods The paper chose 100 patients in obstetrics and gynecology from January 2018 to January 2019,and divided them into reference group and experimental group randomly,with 50 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine tracheal intubation ventilation,and experimental group with laryngeal mask general anesthesia ventilation.Adverse reactions,indexes and anesthetic effect was compared.Results Adverse reaction of experimental group was 4.00% (2/50),significantly lower than reference group,(P<0.05);indexes and anesthetic effect of experimental group were better than reference group,there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05);grade Ⅰ in experimental group was higher than reference group,grade Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were lower than reference group,adverse reaction incidence was lower than reference group (P<0.05).Conclusion Laryngeal mask general anesthesia ventilation can improve the hemodynamic indexes,ventilation quality of patients in obstetrics and gynecology clinical anesthesia,with high treatment safety.
