摘要
目的探讨手术室病理标本信息化流程改造中应用闭环管理的效果。方法选取2020年1—12月手术室2000份病理标本,其中1—6月的975份标本设为对照组,7—12月1025份标本设为信息组。对照组采用人工申请、标记、收集、登记和送检,信息组采用闭环管理模式的信息化系统进行标本管理。比较两组病理标本送检指标(送检所需时间、标本送检差错率、标本滞存率)、标本处理规范率及医师对病理标本管理满意度;记录改造前后病理标本核查环节流程不良事件发生率的差异。结果信息组病理标本送检所需时间、标本送检差错率、标本滞存率及病理标本核查环节流程不良事件发生率均显著小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);信息组申请单填写正确、30 min内处理标本、福尔马林浸泡规范率及医师对病理标本管理满意度明显大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用闭环管理对手术室病理标本信息化流程进行改造可显著缩短手术室病理标本送检时间,减少标本在手术室滞存,降低病理标本送检差错率,有效提升标本管理质量。
Objective To explore the application of closed-loop management in the informatization process transformation of pathological specimens in operating room.Methods A total of 2000 pieces of pathological specimens in the operating room were selected between January and December 2020.Among them,975 specimens from January to June were set as the control group and 1025 specimens from July to December were included in the information group.The control group was received manual application,marking,collection,registration and submission,and the information group was applied closed-loop management informatization system for specimen management.The submission indicators of pathological specimens(time required for submission,error rate of specimen submission,specimen retention rate),standard rate of specimen handling and physician’s satisfaction with pathological specimen management were compared between the two groups.The differences in incidence rates of adverse events in the pathological specimen verification process were recorded before and after transformation.Results The time required for pathological specimen submission,error rate of specimen submission,specimen retention rate and incidence rates of adverse events in pathological specimen verification process in the information group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The standard rates of correct filling of application form,treatment within 30 min and formalin soaking and physicians’satisfaction with pathological specimen management were significantly higher in the information group than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying closed-loop management for the informatization process transformation of pathological specimens in operating room can significantly shorten the submission time of pathological specimens in operating room,reduce the retention of specimens in operating room,lower the error rate of pathological specimens,and
