摘要
针对新能源多区域互联优化调度问题,提出考虑新能源出力不确定性以及区域间联络线交互功率偏差控制的分布式协调调度方法。首先,根据调度级别的不同设计了多区域互联系统分散协同调度框架;然后,通过分散协调算法将区域互联调度问题分解为子问题和主问题,其中,主问题为协调优化区域间联络线交互功率,综合考虑新能源出力不确定性等因素影响,通过互联系统交互功率的模型预测偏差控制,减少联络线计划电量和实际交易电量偏差,确定联络线协调调度最优方案,子问题为区域内系统独立经济运行,实现区域内发购电总费用最优。最后,通过2区64节点系统对所提方法进行有效性验证。结果表明,所提方法不仅能有效降低多重不确定性对互联系统安全运行及新能源消纳的影响,而且提高了互联区域的经济收益。
Aimed at the optimal dispatching problem of multi-region interconnection of new energy,a distributed and coordinated dispatching method is proposed considering uncertainties in new energy output and the control of inter-re⁃gion tie line interactive power deviation.First,a decentralized and coordinated dispatching framework for the multi-re⁃gion interconnected system is designed according to different dispatching levels.Then,by using the decentralized and coordinated algorithm,the multi-region interconnected dispatching problem is decomposed into a sub-problem and a main problem.The main problem is the coordinated optimization of inter-region tie line interactive power,with the com⁃prehensive consideration of the influence of factors such as uncertainties in new energy output.Through the model pre⁃dictive control of interactive power deviation of the interconnected system,the deviation between the planned tie line power and actual transaction quantity is reduced,and the optimal scheme for coordinated dispatching of tie line is deter⁃mined.The sub-problem is the system’s independent economic operation within the region,so as to realize the optimal total costs of power generation and purchase within the region.Finally,the validity of the proposed method is verified by a 2-region 64-node system.Results show that this method can not only effectively reduce the impact of multiple uncer⁃tainties on the safe operation of the interconnected system and the consumption of new energy,but also improve the eco⁃nomic benefits in the interconnected regions.
