摘要
在“2030年前碳达峰、2060年前碳中和”的背景下,光伏发电项目将得到长足发展。在调研和实际工作的基础上,分析了光伏发电项目主要环境影响环节,对山西省光伏发电项目环境影响评价相关问题进行了探讨,提出了针对性的解决途径和方法,可为后续类似项目环境影响评价提供参考。
Under the background of"carbon dioxide peaking before 2030 and carbon neutrality before 2060",photovoltaic power generation projects will develop by leaps and bounds.Based on the investigation and practical work,this paper analyzed the main environmental impact links of photovoltaic power generation projects,discussed the problems related to the environmental impact assessment of photovoltaic power generation projects in Shanxi Province,and put forward targeted solutions and methods,which can provide reference for the environmental impact assessment of similar projects in future.
