摘要
本文根据《生物安全法》赋予海关的法律职责要求,结合海关实际工作情况,探讨了强化口岸公共卫生安全体系和国门生物安全应急处置能力建设的重要性和可行性,并就今后工作发展提出了相关设想和建议,以期为全面贯彻落实总体国家安全观、维护国门公共卫生安全、服务国家发展大局提供必要的技术支撑和卫生安全保障。
This paper discussed the importance and feasibility that to strengthen the public health security system and the capacity of biosecurity emergency response at points of entry,based on the legal duty requirements of the customs conferred by the Biosecurity Law and in combination with the customs practical works.And some related ideas and suggestions on future work development were put forward to be expected to provide the imperative technical support and health security guarantee to fully implementing the holistic approach to national security,maintaining the public health security at points of entry,and serving the overall development of the country.
