摘要
目的探讨针对性护理在胆结石合并胆囊炎患者围手术期中的应用价值。方法研究对象为100例2020年1月-2021年1月在佛山市高明区人民医院治疗的胆结石合并胆囊炎患者,所有患者均进行手术治疗,通过随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各组均50例,对照组和观察组分别行常规护理和针对性护理,比较其护理后的康复指标以及生活质量变化,同时统计两组患者护理后的并发症发生率及护理满意率差异。结果护理后,两组患者在首次排气、下床活动以及住院方面的时间比较中,观察组均明显短于对照组(P<0.05),在生活质量评分方面的比较中两组均得到明显提高,且组间比较观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者在并发症率方面的比较中,观察组明显低于对照组,在护理满意率方面的比较中,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在胆结石合并胆囊炎患者围手术期护理中,针对性护理具有良好应用价值,可以有效促进患者术后康复,改善生活质量,在减少患者术后并发症以及提高患者护理满意度中均有良好作用。
Objective To explore the value of targeted nursing in the perioperative period of patients with gallstones and cholecystitis.Methods The subjects of the study were 100 patients with gallstones and cholecystitis treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021.All patients underwent surgical treatment.They were divided into a control group and an observation group by a random number table.There were 50 cases in each group.The control group and the observation group were treated with routine nursing and targeted nursing respectively,and their rehabilitation indexes and quality of life changes after nursing were compared.At the same time,the difference in the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction rates between the two groups of patients after nursing was calculated.Results After nursing,in the comparison of the time of first exhaust,getting out of bed,and hospitalization between the two groups of patients,the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),and the quality of life scores were significantly improved in the two groups.And the comparison between groups showed that the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).In the comparison of the complication rate between the two groups,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and in the comparison of nursing satisfaction rate,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the perioperative nursing of patients with gallstones and cholecystitis,targeted nursing has good application value,which can effectively promote postoperative recovery of patients,improve quality of life,reduce postoperative complications and improve patient care satisfaction effect.
