摘要
目的探讨糖尿病患者对疾病认知的程度与治疗依从性、血糖控制的关系。方法选取北京朝阳中西医结合急诊抢救中心2018年1月-2021年10月接收的糖尿病患者90例为观察对象,对照组患者采用常规治疗与用药指导方法,观察组患者在常规治疗基础上再对患者进行疾病相关知识的教育,将两组患者对糖尿病疾病的认知程度与情绪状况、依从性与治疗前后的血糖水平进行比较。结果观察组患者对疾病的认知程度高于对照组,治疗依从性高于对照组,患者的血糖水平改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者进行病情相关知识的教育与指导,能够提高患者对疾病的相关认识,值得推广与应用于糖尿病患者的临床治疗中。
Objective To explore the relationship between cognition level and treatment compliance and blood glucose control in diabetic patients.Methods Ninety patients who received treatment of diabetes in Chaoyang Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Emergency Rescue Center from January 2018 to October 2021 were selected as the observation group.The patients in the control group were given conventional treatment and medication guidance.The patients in the observation group were educated on the basis of conventional treatment,and the cognition and emotional status,compliance and blood glucose levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The cognitive level of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the treatment compliance was higher than that in the control group,and the improvement of blood glucose level was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The education and guidance of disease related knowledge for diabetic patients can improve the patients'knowledge of diseases,and is worthy of promotion and application in the clinical treatment of diabetic patients.
