摘要
麻醉护理学是麻醉学与护理学相交叉的一门学科,在我国起步相对较晚,发展较为滞后。本文就美国麻醉专科护士发展、培训教育模式等做了总结,并指出在我国麻醉护士投放较少、教育层次低、师资教育匮乏等短板。为保障医疗质量安全和提升患者就医体验和满意度,就消化内镜室建设麻醉护理队伍提出建议,为医疗机构在特殊门诊进行麻醉护理队伍建设和管理提供参考。
Anesthesia nursing is a subject that intersects anesthesiology and nursing.It started relatively late in our country and its development is relatively lagging.This article summarizes the development of nurse anesthesia specialists and training and education models in the United States,and points out the shortcomings such as less placement of nurse anesthesia,low level of education,and lack of teacher education in China.In order to ensure medical quality and safety and improve patient experience and satisfaction,suggestions are made on the construction of anesthesia nursing teams in gastrointestinal endoscopy units,which provide references for medical institutions to build and manage anesthesia nursing teams in special outpatient clinics.
