摘要
为探讨医学院校专业课“课程思政”教学改革路径和方法,提高课程思政教育效果,以《食品标准与法规》课程思政教学改革为例,从课程思政目标设计,教学内容梳理与重构,课程思政元素挖掘与案例库建设,思政元素与知识点有机融合,教学方法、方式改革等方面深入分析和总结课程思政建设经验,以期为医学院校其它课程开展课程思政教学改革提供借鉴和参考。
In order to explore the path and method of "Curriculum Ideological and Political Education" for food professional courses, and to improve the effect of Curriculum Ideological and Political Education, this article took the course "Food Standards and Regulations" ideological and political education construction as an example, from the goal design, teaching content combing and reconstruction, curriculum ideological and political elements mining and case library construction, organic integration of ideological and political elements and knowledge points, teaching methods and method reforms, in-depth analysis and summary of curriculum ideological and political education construction paths. It is hoped that this research will provide reference for other courses in medical colleges to carry out Curriculum Ideological and Political Education.
