摘要
目前,中国大力推动构建以新能源为主体的新型电力系统。新能源发电是最具前景的能源利用方式,传统能源承担能源保供和确保电网安全稳定运行的责任。氢能作为重要的清洁能源,电源侧和电网侧氢储能是有效消纳电力系统多余负荷和提高电力系统灵活性的重要手段。碱性电解水制氢是目前应用最广的电解水制氢技术,已实现工业化应用;质子交换膜电解水制氢目前处于商业化应用的初期。当前新能源在电网中的比例逐渐增大,电网对煤电机组调峰的需求也逐渐增大。随着新能源发电成本的降低,电源深度调峰需求的增大和制氢设备成本的下降,电解水制氢的比例将逐步上升并参与到电站调峰储能中来。提出氢电综合能源服务站的模式,采用变电站、电解水制氢站、加氢站等建设模式,既能保障电网负荷的稳定,满足电网对电站的深调需求,也能发展二次能源综合服务,将其作为汽车行业的燃料电池和城镇燃气使用,热能效高,环境友好,对能源的融合发展意义重大。
At present, it is vigorously promoting the construction of a new power system with new energy as the main body in China. New energy power generation is the most promising method of energy utilization, while traditional energy power generation assume the responsibility of ensuring energy supply and the safe and stable operation of the power grid. Hydrogen energy is a significance clean energy, and the storage of hydrogen energy on power supply side and power grid side is an important means to effectively eliminate the excess load of power system and improve the flexibility of the power system. Hydrogen production by alkaline electrolysis of water is one of the most widely used technology for hydrogen production by electrolysis of water and has been industrialized. Hydrogen production by proton exchange membrane electrolysis of water is in the early stages of commercial application. Nowadays the proportion of new energy in the power grid is gradually expanding, which leads to the increasing demand for peak shaving of coal-fired power units in power grid. With the reduction in the cost of new energy power generation,the increase of demand for deep peak shaving of power supplies and the decrease in the cost of hydrogen production equipment,the market share of hydrogen production through water electrolysis would gradually increase and participate in peak shaving and storage of the power plant. The ideal hydrogen-electricity integrated energy service station adopted substations, electrolyzed water hydrogen production stations, hydrogen refueling stations and other construction modes, which can not only ensure the stability of the grid load, meet the grid’s in-depth adjustment needs of the power station, but also develop comprehensive secondary energy services. It was applied to fuel cell in automobile industry and urban gas with high thermal efficiency and environment-friendly,which is of great significance to the development of energy integration.
