摘要 兰州地铁1号线两次下穿黄河,为国内第1条穿黄地铁工程隧道,黄河岸滩地层为强透水砂卵石,地质条件十分复杂,黄河岸滩设置深、大通风竖井,工程规模、深度及修建难度都非常大,无类似工程经验可以借鉴。阐述穿越黄河的地铁隧道通风竖井工程难点,对通风竖井位置方案进行比选分析,并对通风竖井结构形式、通风及防灾模式进行研究论证,系统分析得出黄河区间隧道通风竖井施工方案。提出通风竖井的设置让追踪的列车位于不同通风竖井之间,避免列车在隧道内出现追踪现象,是黄河地铁隧道解决防火灾问题的推荐做法。黄河通风竖井的选址需综合考虑通风、结构、规划、拆迁、竖井周边环境条件等因素;提出通风竖井、疏散平台、联络通道的组合方案,保证黄河隧道行车、运营、通风及防灾疏散安全。采用双层地下连续墙、端头和井内注浆加固、坑内坑外联合降水的实施方案,有效阻隔黄河水系的联通,确保竖井开挖过程中的安全。 Lanzhou Metro Line 1,crossing beneath the Yellow River twice,is the first metro project constructed under the Yellow River in China.With strata of the river composed of highly permeable sand pebbles,the geological conditions are most complex.The deep and large ventilation shafts are constructed on a grand scale,to a great depth and with numerous difficulties and there is no similar engineering experience for reference.After the expounding of the construction difficulties,the comparison,selection and analysis of the location alternatives and the research and demonstration of the structural type and the ventilation and disaster prevention mode,this paper systematically analyzes and obtains the construction scheme of the ventilation shafts of metro tunnels across the Yellow River.Firstly,the recommended method to prevent fire is to ensure that the following trains are between different ventilation shafts to avoid the train tracking phenomenon in the tunnel.Secondly,the selection of the locations is a comprehensive consideration of multiple factors such as ventilation,structure,planning,demolition and environmental conditions.Thirdly,the proposed combination scheme of ventilation shafts,evacuation platforms and connecting passages ensures the safety of driving,operation,ventilation and disaster prevention and evacuation.Finally,the construction scheme of double⁃layer underground diaphragm walls,grouting reinforcement at the end and in the well and dewatering inside and outside the pit effectively obstructs the connection of the water flow and ensures the construction safety.
