摘要
介绍了植入法沉桩的特点,结合厦门市新体育中心项目,阐述植入法沉桩的关键工序施工要点和施工过程中的质量控制要点,并列举单桩实施效果进行验证。工程实践结果表明,植入法沉桩施工技术有效解决预制管桩难以穿越或进入硬夹层、密实厚砂层、花岗岩球状风化体(孤石)的局限性,克服海岸带腐蚀环境的不利因素,保证成桩质量。
This paper,in combination with the Xiamen New Sports Center project,introduces the characteristics of construction technology of implant method of pile sinking,expounds on the main points of key process construction and those of the quality control during construction of technology and enumerates the implementation effect of a single pile for verification.It is shown by engineering practice that the technology guarantees the quality of built⁃up pile as it effectively solves the limitations that precast pipe pile is difficult to penetrate or enter hard interlayer,dense and thick sand layer and spheroidal weathered granite body(boulder)and overcomes unfavorable factors of coastal corrosion environment.
