摘要
裂缝是混凝土结构中普遍存在的一种现象,它不仅会降低建筑物的承载力、耐久性、抗渗能力,还会影响建筑物的使用功能。开裂混凝土构件中以楼板开裂最为常见,如何验证开裂楼板是否满足其正常使用功能是目前面临的主要问题。因此,介绍了裂缝的种类及成因,楼板在正常使用极限状态的承载力试验,完整梳理了试验过程、明确整体试验思路,最后给出判定结论,为行业内类似试验项目提供参考。
Crack is a common phenomenon in concrete structure. Its appearance will not only reduce the bearing capacity, durability and impermeability of buildings, but also affect the use function of buildings. Among cracked concrete members, floor cracking is the most common. How to verify whether the cracked floor meets its normal use function is the main problem we are facing at present. This paper introduces the types and causes of cracks, the bearing capacity test of floor slab in normal service limit state, completely combs the test process, defines the overall test idea, and finally gives the judgment conclusion, so as to provide reference for similar test projects in the industry.
