摘要
目的分析流体树脂对乳磨牙龋齿充填的临床疗效。方法回顾分析广东省东莞市滨海湾中心医院2018年1月-2020年5月期间收治的乳磨牙龋齿患者50例,按其治疗方式分组,其中25例接受Filtek^(TM) Z350 XT Flowable Restortive(型号:7032A3,国械注进20153172369)流体树脂治疗(观察组),另25例接受富士GC/而至富士九/Ⅸ/玻璃离子(型号:A3.5,国械注准20153630977)充填(对照组),比较两组患儿治疗后治疗效果,如充填并发症、平均充填操作时间、治疗成功率等。结果观察组治疗疗效96%高于对照组治疗疗效60%,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组填充时间(8.36±1.21)min高于对照组填充时间(3.54±1.21)min,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组并发症总发生率4%低于对照组并发症总发生率48%,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论总体来说,本研究使用的两种材料均各自具备优缺点,玻璃离子虽存在较大脆性,在黏接性能、抗压性、耐磨性等方面不如流体树脂,但在价格、操作等方面均具备优势,可释放氟防龋。因此,针对隔湿条件不理想者、配合度低、患龋齿危险性大者可采用玻璃离子。但从本研究结果上来看,临床治疗乳磨牙龋齿充填可考虑采用Filtek^(TM) Z350 XT Flowable Restortive流体树脂,相比于富士GC/而至富士九/Ⅸ/玻璃离子充填,虽填充时间相对较长,但在降低并发症、提升治疗成功率等方面效果理想,值得推广,但不建议应用到隔湿条件差的患儿。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of fluid resin on decayed teeth filling.Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on 50 decidary-molar caries patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to May 2020,and they were grouped according to their treatment methods.Among them,25 patients received Filtek^(TM) Z350 XT Flowable Restortive(model:7032A3,20153172369)fluid resin treatment(observation group),25 patients received Fujifilm GC/FUjifilm 9/Ⅸ/glass ion(Model:A3.5,National Instrument injection registration 20153630977)filling(control group),and the treatment effects of the two groups after treatment were compared,such as filling complications,average filling operation time,treatment success rate,etc.Results The therapeutic efficacy of the observation group was 96%higher than that of the control group(60%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The filling time of the observation group was(8.36±1.21)min higher than that of the control group(3.54±1.21)min,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the observation group was 4%lower than that of the control group(48%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In general,the two materials used in this study have their own advantages and disadvantages.Although glass ion is brittle,it is inferior to fluid resin in terms of adhesion,compression resistance and wear resistance,but it has advantages in terms of price and operation and can release fluorine to prevent caries.Accordingly,in the light of lie between wet condition not ideal person,cooperate degree is low,suffer from caries dangerous sex big person can use glass ion.However,it can be seen from the results of this study that Filtek^(TM) Z350 XT Flowable Restortive fluid resin can be used for clinical treatment of decidary molar tooth filling.Compared with FUjifilm GC/TO FujifilmⅨ/Glass ion filling,although the filling time is relatively longer,However,the effect
