摘要
目的 探讨磁共振成像技术(Magnetic resonance imaging, MRI)在胎儿先天性消化道畸形的诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析2018年10月-2021年8月期间在唐山市妇幼保健院超声检查可疑消化道异常并行MRI检查的孕妇胎儿影像及临床资料,共41例患者,并于产后新生儿期经手术及病理证实为胎儿消化道畸形。结果经手术及病理证实消化道畸形41例,MRI检出消化道畸形胎儿36例;未检出5例,诊断符合率87%。结论MRI在胎儿消化道畸形诊断方面具有一定的诊断意义,有助于产前胎儿消化道畸形的筛查。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging technology(MRI) in fetal congenital gastrointestinal malformation. Methods The fetal images and clinical data of pregnant women with suspected gastrointestinal ultrasound examination and parallel MRI examination in our hospital from October 2018 to August 2021 were analyzed retrospectively. A total of 41 patients were confrmed by surgery and pathology in the postpartum neonatal period. Results 41 gastrointestinal malformations were confrmed by surgery and pathology, 36 fetuses were detected by MRI;5 cases were not detected, and the diagnosis compliance rate was 87%. Conclusion MRI has some diagnostic signifcance in its diagnosis and contributes to the screening of prenatal fetal gastrointestinal malformation.
