摘要
针对已有PLC多线圈梯形图向指令表转换算法存在的问题,提出基于AOV(Activity on Vertex)图和串并联归并的转换方法。设置元件阶级,插入输出总结点和虚结点,合并为有向图,归并有向图生成指令表,并在转换期间实现逻辑错误检测与报警,以及多个线圈作为输出时的转换。实际应用表明:该转换算法提高了转换效率,降低了人工成本。
Regarding the troubles bothering converting PLC multi-coil ladder diagram to instruction list,a conversion method based on AOV(activity on vertex)and series-parallel merging was proposed,in which,having the components class set,the output general nodes and virtual nodes inserted,a directed graph constructed as well as the directed graph merged to generate instruction lists.In addition,in the conversion process,having the logic error detection and alarm realized,including the conversion of multiple coils as output.The practical application shows that,this algorithm can improve conversion efficiency and reduce labor cost.
