摘要
目的 分析中医艾灸联合康复训练实施在脑卒中偏瘫病人中治疗的临床效果及对肢体功能及生活能力的影响。方法 选自阳江江华医院2018年6月-2020年6月60例脑卒中偏瘫患者,其中30例行中医艾灸联合康复训练的患者列为艾灸康复组,另外30例给予针对性康复治疗的患者列为康复组。比较两组患者治疗前后肢体功能与生活能力改善情况。结果 治疗前两组患者在Fugl-Meyer指数评分、Barthel指数评分方面,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月Fugl-Meyer指数评分、Barthel指数评分比较,康复组低于艾灸康复组,具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 脑卒中为危害人类健康的严重疾病之一,为我国前三位病死疾病,其存活致残概率为72.5%~75.0%,这主要通过瘫痪影响患者的生活质量。偏瘫是指脑卒中后患者的运动神经元被损害,促使中枢神经无法控制脊髓运动细胞,从而导致肌张力反射变化,重现低级原始反射,从而出现病理性运动。脑卒中后的中枢神经系统在功能上、结构上有着一定的可塑性及重组能力,部分神经元可在适当地干预治疗后再生,并确认在脑损伤早期恢复中康复锻炼有着显著效果。脑卒中偏瘫患者采用中医艾灸联合康复训练的临床效果较好,可改善患者的肢体功能,值得加大临床推广力度。
Objective To analyze clinical effect of moxibustion combined with rehabilitation training in stroke patients with hemiplegia and effect on limb function and living ability.Methods The paper chose 60 stroke patients with hemiplegia in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020.Among them,30 cases in moxibustion rehabilitation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine moxibustion combined with rehabilitation training,30 cases in rehabilitation group with targeted rehabilitation treatment.Improvement of limb function and living ability was compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference between two groups in Barthel index scores and Barthel index scores,(P>0.05).One month,three months and six months after treatment,Fugl Meyer index scores and Barthel index scores in rehabilitation group were significantly lower than moxibustion rehabilitation group,with statistical significance,(P< 0.05).Conclusion Stroke is one of serious diseases endangering human health and top three fatal diseases..Probability of survival and disability is 72.5%~75.0%,which mainly affects life quality of patients with paralysis.Hemiplegia refers to damage of motor neurons of patients after stroke,central nerve can not control spinal cord motor cells,resulting in change of muscle tone reflex,reproduction of low-level primitive reflex,and pathological movement.Central nervous system after stroke has some certain plasticity and reorganization ability in function and structure.Some neurons can regenerate after appropriate intervention and treatment.It is confirmed that rehabilitation exercise has significant effect during early recovery of brain injury.TCM moxibustion combined with rehabilitation training can achieve good clinical effect for stroke patients with hemiplegia,can improve limb function of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
